Drawing board use

Wipe the surface with a wet towel to remove stains and traces of the painting materials on the drawing board. Do not wipe the surface with chemicals to avoid discoloration or shedding of the surface oxide layer.

Each drawing board is designed in accordance with a fixed size, such as :A4, A3, 8K, or A3|8K, indicating that the drawing board supports A4, A3 and other papers, A3|8K can support two types of paper, as far as possible do not mix, otherwise can not achieve the best framing effect.

The original drawing board itself has a certain waterproof, but it is best not to wash, unless there is a mark to wash, if it is wet in rainy days, the drawing board will not be affected by any.

Buying problem

Standard model: That is, the drawing board without adding any other customized items supports 7-day return and exchange service. Non-standard: Products with customized services do not support return and exchange services, such as the drawing board with text, name, phone, pattern, pattern, etc. We will unpack and inspect every drawing board when it is sent out. If it is damaged during transportation, we will provide replacement parts back to the factory.

Pre-order period: There is a closed period in which a refund application can be submitted, but the pre-order money will be refunded three business days after the end of the pre-order period.

Customized drawing board is divided into two forms of purchase: the first is the total price is fixed, optional customized, there is a certain discount. The second is the free choice of each material texture and customized content, the unified total price settlement, because a number of or each item is customized, free design combination, the total price is the sum of the price of customized accessories. No price concessions.

Warranty problem

All users who register to join the Fangke officer platform, we will provide lifelong free warranty, all parts damaged can be replaced once free service, customers only need to bear the round-trip freight.

If the drawing board is not customized parts damaged, we will send the drawing board back within three working days after receiving the goods. Custom parts replacement requires an additional three to five business days.
